Which bezel?

This old SKX is fun for changing bezels time to time. It’s time to change the bezel again. This time the 171 bezel will be installed.

I think this will be an ongoing discussion as even Sea-Gull makes different versions 😜

An example are the hands on the sub dials. Sometimes one of the hands have a counterbalance and on other photos they have hands without counterbalance.

It’s a bit too much light from the right, I think?

I would use some white paper to make the light from the window more difuse.

And for the settings, just adjust and play with it. For a flatlay you can use f2.8 as well. Shutter time might be a bit faster eg 1/125 with this bright light.

Most importantly, have fun and practice a lot. It took me months as well and I’m still learning ☺️

These knives are amazing! The edge of the blade is so sharp. It makes cutting vegies so much easier. The big knife is a chef’s knife. I have a santoku as well, but I prefer the chef’s knife.

Inuse some boxes to reflect light or to block light. I use a DLSR in manual mode with a 50mm lens.
