As far as rotation, any extra consideration, record, documentation, etc. would change the outcome so I avoid doing this. I have paper claim tickets from the watchmaker and his number is in my contacts.
I was keeping track of the accuracy of my automatic watches until it got unwieldy and became a chore. I was able to figure which watches will be fast and which will be slow. Now I am able to just enjoy my watches for what they are.
MyCollections app by Altova. I also track my art on it. You can create your own fields and add or subtract them later. Different collections can have different fields. Also decide what you want to display (so show it to the Mrs but perhaps hide the price field๐). Also add as many photos as you like.

I started using Google Sheeta but now I use the OnMyWrist app to track my collection and what I wear each day. I don't monitor accuracy.

I only use this for models/details, I donโt track watch use or any of that kerfuffleโฆโฆ

Also I donโt use an app for tracking my collection. I do have a multifunction timegrapher that I use to check up on things from time to time though.
