Which one would you get ?

I tried the prx on and actually liked how it looks (After ignoring the integrated bravelet hype for a long time) So now I ve been looking more into the available options and liked those so far. I do not want to spend too much for this as this should be a nice looking watch that I do not worry about a lot. I still habe to try that alpina but like the images so far!

Have a blue PRX 40 which I still enjoy but would go CW 12 if I didn’t have one

Why so ? The problem is that there os nowhere I can try it on here in switzerland!

·

I would start with the Direnzo DRZ-04

Image

Then the CW12 and maybe the new Nivada Grenchen F77

I love the look on the nivada but feel that at 37mm it is too small! I will ne probably gettimg one of that kind and then look further to other types of watches

I've only had experience with the 12 and many of the PRX models. I don't comment on watches that I don't have experience with but I liked both of those two at their very different price points.

I went with a less mainstream choice for an integrated bracelet with a blue dial but admittedly it's a bit pricey.

I love the bvlgari octo roma in grey but as you already mentioned it is pricey!

Good question…there certainly is a price difference so that could be a factor and I understand that…the PRX for the money is hard to beat IMO (my wife and I both have them) but the Christopher Ward just jumped off the wrist to me…I like the fact it has a screwdown crown, they released it with rubber strap options from the jump and in Switzerland it certainly would be a more unique watch

It probably does not hurt that I love purple…

You got me on the part saying it would be unique in switzerland!

·

I prefer the 35mm prx

My Bulgari was a Birthday gift or otherwise I probably would have gone with a PRX. All my most expensive watches were gifts so I can also recommend marrying well.😉

·

I would get Citizen Tsuyoza… a lot more affordable and comes in so many available colors. Especially the new small second ones.

·

The FC Highlife in green. This watch is at the limit at what I can afford and I think its great.

The Alpina for the same price doesnt grip me at all. The problem with CW is, that I cant try it on and I would like to before spending over 1k chf. The Tissot, while looking nice, Is nothing I would like to wear.

·

Yes. I’m hoping, in time, all things are possible.

·

I’ve owned all 4 , I’d get an aikon or an f77 nivada. Also I’ve owned an alpiner extreme and fc highlife.

I had the same dilemma awhile ago and here my experience.

I ended up buying the PRX, it definitely has a nice retro design and look good on your wrist, don't take me wrong but as soon as I got an offer, I sold it. Why? I saw better options for the same puspose I wanted PRX. Also, there are some unfavorable experiences from friends and others about that model.

There is a microbrand that I recently love, especially due to the unique dial pattern and insanely lume that called my attention with its Adamascus series (AD880A) I do enjoy good looking watches.

👆 It is one of my favorites and most eye catching watches in my collection. Later on, I was in Thailand so decided to pay a visit to the HQ of this microband, long story short, I ended up buying a Tiffany Blue which is my go for summer watch, sure..., It looks like OP but price/quality-wise is a bold watch. Case 904L, great lume, impeccable finished and worthy purchase decision.

I bought a Tsuyosa for less than half of the price of PRX, added customized straps to make it more versatile, In fact, I love both looks indeed.

Try the baume e mercier riviera!

Tolle Uhr mit toller Geschichte (Gerald Genta Design) 😊

I think the Nivada f77 would be my choice.

This is a mind blowing collection to me. Well done.

Easily Nivada Gretchen F77, especially with one of its new dials

Love your collection! The aikon feels too royal oaky for me! Out of the ones I mentioned which would you get

Others here: Certina DS 7

Lots of different price ranges there how much have I got to spend ?

For integrated bracelet, I'd go Tudor Northflag. I love the power reserve hand/wheel.

Image

I wish Tudor never discontinued this watch. It was the one I was saving for and wanted to get as it was very unusual at the time with a smaller case size than (at the time) Tudor Ranger.

·

Tissot PRX looks so cool but as a Tudor lover I would definitely want to get the 2023 Tudor black bay 31.
