In love with my Hyperion!

In case it wasn’t obvious (based on my post history) who I’m rooting for in the #microtournament lol

Thanks! Acrylic is so underrated

I have the white dial version. What a home run of a watch. Go Lorier!

·

The best thing about Lorier besides their design, quality of fit and finish, reasonable price, and reliability is the fact that its completely owned and operated by two really down to earth and genuinely nice people who really put a lot of thought and care into every aspect of the brand. I own two (new hydra and a v1 neptune) both of which are bangers!

That’s a different bracelet than the standard one correct?

And I love the jacket combo/ look, very classy and “Kool” 🤘

Yeah I’m a bit of a Lorier fanboy lol I have a few of their watches and pre-ordered the Astra!

It is! Put a different jubilee bracelet on it because I figured it’d look cool with a bit more shine from polished center links.

Thank you!!

Thank you! It’s a bracelet from Long Island watch. Any of the 20mm Islander jubilee bracelets with negative endlinks will work, I believe. Just keep the Lorier endlinks and swap out the Islander bracelet.

Did you just try it and it happened to work? Or did you know beforehand?

I have a bunch of islanders (not that bracelet) but never considered lol. It really looks perfect!!

Thanks for the tip! I like the Epsilon bracelet on my Hyperion, but that actual jubilee style looks super classy 👌

I think you got lucky. End link have to be shaped to fit the case.

Right, I used Lorier’s endlinks, so no luck needed there. What’s lucky was that the Islander links fit so well with the Lorier endlinks! But there is considerable overlap in design and manufacturing for these kinds of components that microbrands use, so actually not that surprising all told.

Ah, IC. Didn't realize you swapped out the end links. It makes more sense now.

Beauty of a watch. Enjoy it.

I’m speechless about my Hyperion…Beyond all expectation! Beautiful, functional, engraved, and is, on every level, the pinnacle of design and style. Not only that, it’s a damn good watch, and as a pilot, Who truly needs a travelers GMT to do my job, the Hyperion has, with no exaggeration, replaced at least a dozen other watches. If that weren’t enough, the communication with Lauren and Lorenzo have made me feel like I am part of a community of friends (as does WatchCrunch). I’m done reaching for a “Grail” made of unobtaniun, and priced along with a late model Porsche. The Hyperion has changed all that rhetoric into so much fluff and noise.
