A good mechanical diver under 500. I don’t think you can go wrong with the Orient Kamasu
If you want a microbrand Spinnaker are a good bet.
I’ve also heard good things about Phoibos.

It depends what kind of movement you are looking for. Quartz or Automatic. The Orient Kamasu, which is great value for money, is already mentioned several times. It is also depending on your wrist size. But here are some other alternatives:
