Hey hey all! I use Google Slides to test out directions for my watch collection. I already own the two Orises and the Omega Speedmaster. I'm on the waitlist for the Rolex Explorer but I have no idea how long that will take ๐. I have a smallish 6.5 inch wrist, so that's a little bit of a consideration. I'm trying to keep it to 6 watches for my winder and a little extra room for manual-wind watches, hence the Nomos. I just want to have a bunch of watches that I always feel good about. Let me know if you have any thoughts or input!

Thank you!!!
With a collection that is for the most part played out, I can't see how google slides would help me. ย I do think it is an interesting tool for someone who is still deciding what direction to follow. ย
I would speculate that it's also good to let some things happen organically, and adjust later if need be. ย I am doing exactly that with my Seiko collection now, very slowly of course.

Planning like this helps me from being too impulsive with my purchases. I make changes as I am able to handle different watches and eliminate anything that feels too much like a duplicate. For instance, I've always wanted a Nomos and also an orange watch. I was looking at orange Doxa divers but when I had one on my wrist, I decided it was not for me. It opened a space for the orange Nomos.ย
looking good to me mate. loving the German elements you've picked. ย The Nomos in Orange is ๐ consider Tutima for he orange piece (M2) and whilst the IWC is great Stowa have some real nice bronze offerings at minute. Not saying Stowa on the same level at IWC but worth a look ๐

Thank you! I have looked at Stowa and like their bronze flieger quite a bit. I had that as a possible purchase too. Iโd like to see some Tutimas in person as well.ย
That's a nice group. I've got a 7 watch collection that includes that Sinn 105.ย

Thank you! Iโm thinking the 105 would be my great travel watch. For A while I was thinking about getting a white Rolex Explorer 2 as my main watch. I think the Sinn would be a better fit for me without it being too homage-y. It definitely has its own Sinn DNA. I also wouldnโt worry about babying it if Iโm active.
That sinn is sharp!ย

Thank you! It's getting there. It looks like we have similar tastes. I just followed you on IG! You own a whole lot of watches that I'd love to own too.
