How often does your wrist change size?

Does your wrist shrink / swell frequently? Do you have robotic wrists of steel? How often do you need to adjust your bracelet or strap fit?

Throughout the day.

Ha! I've started exercising again, so my wrist has become thicker. But, that just means increasing the size of all my straps by 1 notch. I guess I'll have to tighten them again once I lose the New Year's Resolution momentum, huh?

My wrist changes almost every day. I had to move the micro adjust on my Seiko this morning because it was too tight. But now it's already getting loose. I'll probably have to move it back this afternoon. A good tool-less micro adjust clasp is extremely helpful. This Omega clasp is the best one I've used so far. Not overly long, solid, and easy to use.

Yeah, I lost weight recently, which made a lot of my watches fit better. But it seems I've gained some of it back.

She's a little lose when I'm dehydrated

It’s an all day battle when going back & forth from AC to Texas heat.

I change the micro adjust at least 3 times a day when wearing my watch on a bracelet.

Same in FL!

The micro adjust on the Seamaster 300 is a godsend. I adjust the size at least twice a day

·

Summa-swell, winta-shrink...typical.

Depends!! Are we having cheeseburger with Fries and a chocolate strawberry milk shake for lunch or coffee and a shot of wheat grass??

·

Multiple times a day

·

I wear my watches rather loose so I don't have to adjust the bracelets often.

In my attempt to make my teenage daughter drink more water a few days ago. I showed her how loose my jlc bracelet was (which btw has a great dual micro-adjust and is very helpful.) while it was on in the house.

I was explaining to her while it moves freely now, there are many times walking throughout the day outside that it gets real tight on my wrist... so our bodies and skin need moisture as they stretch, swell and shrink each day.

so drink more water, it will help your skin!

In the heat and cold in Australia I am thankful for on the fly adjustability on any bracelet watch .

I’m actually in the process of modifying my Omega SMP 2254.50 bracelet to the newer quick adjust clasp. In wintertime my wrist is fairly consistent but once spring/summer hit it’s all over the place.

I find my wrist changing throughout the day, not more than once or twice. When a bracelet is new, I adjust my bracelet to fit the larger size, and tolerate the looseness when my writs shrinks. I don’t bother with micro adjusts. With a nylon or leather, I’ll just adjust size as needed, sometimes multiple time a day.
