Pepsi bezel watch

I have never owned a Pepsi bezel watch and have been recently drawn towards it a lot. However given the different brands and models, specially at the entry level. I'm thoroughly confused on which one to go for. So need help!

Here are some criteria -

1. This watch will be more like a beater to be in water activities ( not too deep!)

2. Don't want to spend a lot, maybe below $500

3. I don't mind the quartz movement as long as watch is of good quality

Any suggestions appreciated 🙂

Definitively not expensive, proven WR, not quartz and at least in this particular case: keeps time very well.

This specific model is a 420379 (420 is the identification of the case and 379 is the dial variant) Vostok Amphibia with an aftermarket Seiko Pepsi bezel insert which I bought from Amazon.

Timex Q - $140 on Amazon, 50mm WR

Casio Duro MDV106 - $50 on Amazon, 200mm WR

·

Q Timex GMT shreds.

I’d recommend the Timex Q GMT but I don’t believe it has a strong/deep WR. That said, the Pepsi bezel is very popular so you should have no trouble finding dive watches from Seiko, Orient and various micro brands equipped with something similar.👍

That's an interesting option 😎 thanks

The Q Timex suggested by others above is an excellent choice, as Timex has been hitting it out of the park lately with their various offerings and collaborations. I absolutely love my Waterbury GMT, but I don't know how you feel about quartz movements. Another sublime option is the Glycine Combat Sub diver or GMT, either in quartz or auto, all available well under $500

Thanks for sharing. The Waterbury indeed looks stunning. Quartz is not a problem!

Thanks, but please note that the Waterbury in my picture is on an aftermarket strap. I'm seriously considering picking up another Glycine Combat Sub though, perhaps a quartz GMT...

$330. Obvious homage watch but San Martin has been getting some serious kudos lately for delivering a lot of bang for the buck

This is what I found on Amazon India:

I would pick the Invicta The NH-35 is pretty bullet proof. The Timex water resistance and build is not as good.

Also if you can find these one

I think this Citizen Promaster ticks all the boxes.

I got the skx009 but idk if you want to spend for that.

Of course I nodded mine so the bezel isn’t a Pepsi color but I still kept the original pieces just In case.

Awesome post! 🤩

Thank you for sharing this with us

Keep up the good work 🙌🏾
