I’ve admired both of these watches for sometime! The PRX I’ve wanted for years and I don’t know why I never pulled the trigger and the Bronze Hamilton has grown on me more recently. Something about an all good watch feels right for the summer but that Bronze is super cool! What y’all think?

Really like the Hamilton. I have a stainless khaki field and like it a lot. The Tissot has never been my cup of tea because of the integrated bracelet.
Never had a bronze watch though. They look great, but I don’t care for the patina they get.

If you favor dress / sport, the PRX suits that look.
If you favor, field, more casual and versatile, the Hamilton suits that look.
I keep goign back and forth on the Bronze Mechanical. I love it, but not sure if it would get the wrist time the steel version would get. Funny my second right now is the gold Brew Metrix because i kinda want it for summer! We have the same tastes.
OO, i vote Hamilton since i dont dig on the integrated bracelet, and i feel the Hamilton will stand the test of time much better!
I have the Hamilton, have to say that the strap it comes on looks awful after just a few days wear but other than that it's a great watch, just stick it on a nice NATO straight away!
I have looked at the bronze Hamilton several times. I like it alot. But you can't have them all.
Felt a PRX in hand a few weeks ago, felt cheap and nasty tbh. "Wristwatch tinsel" flimsyness to the bracelet, really wasn't impressed.
Couldn't live with the lack of legibility from Hamilton watches I've owned in the past (no AR coating) or hand wind & not tried bronze because I wear my watch 24/7 and green wrist would bother me.

Oof that’s a tough one! I would say go Hammy this way you can start the patina process earlier if you like that sort of thing but ultimately you can work to get both in your hands.

I love my PRX, but that Bronze Khaki is awesome. Between the gold PRX and the bronze khaki, I'd go with the Hamilton all day
Way different styles of watch so it's hard to recommend one over the other. I tend to gravitate towards dress watches so I'd go PRX on this one.
What other watches do you have? Choose what will keep your collection to be more versatile

These two just feel worlds apart to me. I really like them both so I think it’s personal style here. The hammy is subdued and warm on leather and bronze. Makes me think about a well worn sweater sitting by a fireplace with a glass of something strong.
The PRX, in gold no less, is a party animal! I got a burgundy leather jacket from the 70s with big lapels that should’ve come with a gold PRX to finish the look (I make do with my stainless one but I kind of do want a gold one just for that jacket). Watch a video on YouTube about the PRX and you’ll see how twinkly those flat links are when you move. The whole of the PRX is a confident strong look.
Both are great picks but I think I’d wear them both for very different occasions. Personally, I think I’m more PRX, though I do own one of each in steel (the PRX is quartz though).
