Thank you Nawir 🤝🏼. The dial is a chameleon. It can look blue or black due to the dial striations. And it's a stark contrast. There is an engraving/etching on the rehaut at 12 in English and Spanish at the 6 position.

It is a limited edition; 1 of 288. They reversed the 1882 year they started making watches. Here's a link to my NWA post. They make beautiful timepieces. Check them out.
