Oris ——> Tudor
I am being offered a 2023 Tudor BB36 blue dial for my Oris Aquis +1250 USD. My Oris is a bit beaten up and the Tudor is practically new. What do you guys think about it?

Keep the Oris. There's so many Tudor's second hand that folks don't keep them long - that says something about the watch imo.
Plus the Oris just looks so much better! (Biased as I can't stand the whole Bland Bay range tho)
