PRX 37-38mm coming this summer?

check out this video from fratello - when they talk about tissot they say something exciting for the prx community is coming in summer:

my guess is a midsize prx in the 37-38mm range... what do you think will come in summer?

I've heard tales of Tissot previewing new watches that are under embargo around the watch media.

It's being released in summer, so my guess would be something along these lines:

is that a mockup? or real?

It's a render.

I'm not a fan personally, but it makes sense for Tissot to expand the PRX line with a diver, not unlike AP, Zenith etc. have done in their respective price points.

am not a fan of thos neither... i hope the prx stays at what it is now and they just make a midsize. i had the 40mm and it was too big lug to lug for my 6.75 inch wrist. i sold it... then i bought the 35mm for my girlfriend for christmas... for her wristsize perfect... for mine too tiny. a 38mm version would be the absolute goldilocks zone and i would pull the trigger again.

They are really trying to squeeze everything they can out of this…..

Given Tissot watch prices are up

There are better 37-38 mm watches for lesser price

Exactly. That's why I think it'll be a diver and not a new size. I'm not convinced that a third size does anything but split their existing sales, only serving to give prospective buyers a third choice, whereas a diver may actually drive new sales.

While a 38mm PRX will surely look and wear great, the 35mm wears surprisingly well. I'm not sure it's needed, tbh, unless they discontinue the 40mm version

·

I don’t know if that is exciting enough, but I’ve heard in a Tissot boutique that they are soon releasing the rubber strap for the 35mm. Not sure this is what Fratello refers to though 🤷🏻‍♂️

Tissot really should be aware not to turn into a one model brand. Inevitably there will be an end to this fashion trend.

Good lord, I hope not

·

I thought this was already an option?

Ps oh wait the “38 mm” yeah, I don’t see it happening

im curious, what integrated sports watch could beat the PRX in value? 🤔

·

i'd buy a 38mm PRX

for my taste the 40mm is a bit too large and the 35mm a bit too small

38mm would fit my personal taste very well

Integrated there isn't any that can beat prx if preference is integrated

Otherwise we have Orient Star, Seiko presage, new citizen line in dress watch

For me prx has always given an impression of an dress than sports but every one has different perspective

If sports watch then some are really good design in citizen that are only released in Japan we can get them easily, then we have all time Seiko.

Don't get me wrong Tissot is good, i am also looking at prx for myself but is it worth at 800$ is my question
