Finally!
I finally found the perfect bracelet for my SBSA223: The Forstner straight end Bullet bracelet
Since I received this watch i ve been on the hunt for a perfect strap or bracelet cause I didnt like the stiff oem one.
I would have loved to wear it on my light blue tropic to match it to the blue "sports" text on the dial. Unfortunatly the strap is too thick and didnt fit the lug spacing to the case. this forstner now is quite expensive but it really matches the retro vibe of the watchcase and with its strong taper provides an ultra comfortable fit! I can only recomend it also for other watches 😉

Good choice. I agree, the standard bracelet isn't great- it's too round for my rather flat 7.25" wrist. I've worn mine on a NATO, tho it's a catch & release for me & not a keeper.

true. this case is made for straight end bracelets 🤙 i think seiko will release more colourways in this case in the next few months
Looks perfect. Forstner do great work, currently using their Bomklip and Komfit bracelets on a pair of Hamilton's with very pleasing and comfortable results.

yes forstner is a great after market bracelet brand. i also have these two plus 2 speedy bracelets (holzer and flat link). you get very nice quality and good vintage design with modern tech 👍
Bracelet looks great. I too found I couldn’t put my favourite straps because of the space between the spring bar and the watch… which prompted me to discover curved spring bars (quick Amazon search) - completely solves the issue and now looking forward to this being the strap monster it was born to be
