🚨 NWA 🚨 Grand Seiko SBGW231
The Grand Seiko SBGW231 is my new dress watch. At first I wasn't sure but then I brought it out into natural light and my god is it beautiful! I bought it to pair with my BB58 and replace my BB36 to complete my collection. We'll see if it'll stay, but so far I'm liking it especially on this strap to help make it a little more casual.

Simple and elegant yet sophisticated. GS makes some of the best dials in the business but they are difficult to capture by camera. This watch has got soul.

The black leather strap with its texture actually gives your GS an even more formal look. It's stock bracelet (I assume that's what it came with) will work in both formal, business, and a bit more casual settings, IMHO. If you want to really make it look casual, @Ichibunz will have a few suggestions how to do so. 👍

Thanks! The strap on the GS is aftermarket from Vario. It’s their Italian leather strap. It‘s extremely soft and comfortable and pretty good quality for the price.

Thank you! the thickness is only 11.6mm but at least 1mm comes from the crystal so it’s really a thin watch.
