Moss Green

Not enough AnOrdains here so here's mine. This is one of the more subtle Model 2s. When I broke it by hammering fence posts while wearing it, AnOrdain fixed it for nothing and returned it with a handwritten note from the watchmaker. They are Scotland's finest.

Is that an SVX? Love the watch too BTW 👍

Yes, my beloved SVX, sadly no more because of London emission laws.

@bcelsley looks awesome! Definitely not enough on here!

Word has started to get out now though…I’m patiently waiting for an email from them for a Model 1 fume….🤞

·

Im just here for the SVX!! haha.

I need to see one in person! I understand that a watch at this price point with an enamel dial is crazy, and I loved hearing Lewish Heath on the Scottish Watches Podcast, yet I feel like the rest of the watch is very bare-bones. I haven't found one that I absolutely love through pictures.

Thanks for sharing it!

Here you go. The last SVX imported to the UK. Now in a new home.

@robstacam Which one are you waiting for?

The dial was done by AnOrdain and the watch was done by their sister company Paulin. I posted a review of this watch a while ago.

Also a Model 1 Fume. My wedding is in September and I’m hoping to be wearing it, but really no idea what the wait times look like. Back up plan is the Longines heritage sector dial!

Good luck on the wedding!
Will make the piece even more important!

I put my name down for the blue but I might hold off and see what the 35mm looks like

I joined the anOrdain waiting list this past December.  Per my communications with their staff, I'm not expecting to be in receipt of a watch from them until 2024. The 2+ years wait time definitely reflects that the word on anOrdain has gotten out via Hodinkee, Worn & Wound, Time + Tide and others.

I had a blue fumé dial model 2 and it was without a doubt the most beautiful dial I had ever seen. Unfortunately I was always a little nervous I would break it, and I much prefer a watch on bracelet so I sold it. Still have a lot of respect for the brand though

Got my original Model 1 back in early 2019. The updated Model 1s have some serious improvements, but this one still has its charms.

Now that is a watch.

They are all so nice. But now everyone has to wait.
