Well for me it comes down to price. If I'm paying many thousands of dollars then I expect the unboxing experience to match the quality of the watch itself. With that being said, I would have much preferred a usable case instead of the plethora of fake Pelican diver boxes or cheap card board boxes I got with watches when I first started collecting.

I've had great luck with CLDstraps as well as Liger. Have my first straps from Delug arriving soon too. I also got some from TC straps which were a little too nice for my Panerai so might be good for a dress watch.
