Looking for people who own type b flieger pilots watch (Seiko SNK807 or similar )

Hi guys I looking for people who own the seiko snk800 series of watches . It appears to be a good watch with a few major drawbacks which I’m willing to ignore . It’s just that I have a bigger than a average wrist size (7.75 inches ) and anything below 40 mm looks quite small on me but I love the look of this particular watch and I can’t seem to find anything as good looking even the facelift models don’t appeal to me ( seiko srpg series) . I remember these watches were quite affordable ( 60 usd) but I can’t find any new models for a reasonable prise . I am looking to find people who own this watch and are interested in selling /exchanging/letting me borrow the watch or people with big wrists who own the watch or peoples who have found good looking alternatives ( I don’t think many exist as I have seen al,it’s everywhere for a good looking type b fleager including orient , citizen , laco and avi 8 etc ) but I’m open to suggestions. Thank you for the help. Ps -location = India .

Have you looked at the Seiko SRPH series? 40mm updated SNK series.

Or the Orient Flight? 42mm.

Finally, how about the Citizen Avion? 41mm.

Bro thank you so much for the suggestions but ita all about the hands for me . So no for.all.3 . Just look at the Seiko it's hands look so proportional . They ruined it with the siringe hand update

Laco Aachen 42 is only option other than the Japanese offerings under $500.

OK, I understand about the hands. If you like smaller hands like the SNK series, how about these hands?

This is my Islander/Hemel Hawkeye, a collaboration that is an updated Type A dial with small hands like the SNK809. This is a 39mm watch on my 7.5" wrist.

I got my SNK805 back in the day for less than $50. It’s not the most accurate thing in the world but it’s a good watch.

Hamilton Interstellar is my pick. 42mm modern reinterpretation of a type B flieger, for me it’s an elevation of the original style in just about every way

I sadly, tragically, have big wrists and I own two of them. Simple, handsome watches. They will never be cheap again sadly as they are no longer made as the people who still have NOS know the demand. I don't wear them very often unless I'm trying to keep a VERY low profile. But every collection should have one. A good solid, rough and ready mechanical for all occasions.

I can’t relate to having larger wrists, but I do have an SNK and have worn it a ton. I’m fairly confident that you’d be able to pull it off no problem; it’s just the matter of whether or not you think a watch looking a bit smaller would bother you.

I can say confidently that it won’t be “too small,” but if you’re comfortable with it perhaps looking a little small, you’re good to go.
