The above link will give you alternatives to the Blancpain, there aren't any alternatives to the Swatch x Blancpain. I have no doubt AliX will have some in a few months, similar designs but in steel like they did with some MoonSwatches.
Vostok created before the Amphibian model of the 90s, mechanical movement and tested and true water resistance to 600 feet. And it ain’t plastic and was made by workers in a factory (Russia) and in 10 years you’ll be reading the time on the Vostok thinking “Why the F did I spend $400 on this plastic paperweight?” Look and you can get the Albatross for around $100.

Don’t read the time on the old Vostok if you value being at a place within the hour you had planned. They tend to run…a little off.
If you looking for a dive watch around the $150 then you probably can find an Orient diver like the Mako or Ray for same or less. A little more and you could get a Kamasu or Mako III.

They had Speedmaster homages in deifferent colours and steel before the Moonswatch, last time…

Not under $150 but the Spinnaker Fleuss is pretty affordable
Here’s a good thread from @Uhrologe :

Short answer: No. If you want a one to one homage.
Long answer: For 150 it is really tough. You will not find a watch with a glas bezel and such design for that price.
But if you can except if the watch has adapted only some elements without being a copy with some cutted corners, then there are some options.
As @cornfedksboy mentioned, check out my list.
The cheapest watch with some BlancPain elements is the Casio MTD-1053D-1AV. Easy to find for 50 bucks. Also available in blue.
The Elysee Bronze is currently (and frequently) on discount for 189 Euro having design elements from the BlancPain Bathyscaph:
But if you wait and safe more money you can find the Spinnaker Fleus for 220 Euros

A mechanical alternative?? Bit of a tall ask 😅
Yes..
Clown question really. Why 150? What does alternative mean? Isn't every mechanical watch under $150 an alternative?
