The Apple is a disposable device, not a watch.

Amazed at how one sided this is, being quite a basic looking G-Shock
I use both, the Apple i use when i want to track sports activity for a few hours, the Casio almost every day at any time. My vote goes on the Casio.
The seeding is rigged for sure!
Apple watch was cool in 2015.
I had it right after series 1 was released.
I used it like a walkie talkie. Everybody thought I was filming Startrek.
Fastforward now, its not unique anymore. Everyone is walking around with the same watch. I only wear it during workouts.
