What’s your EDC?

My edc is a Smith&Wesson pocket knife, Skullcandy Jib True 2 earbuds, Nitecore Tini 2, a Parker Jotter pen, and I usually wear either my Citizen Chandler or my Casio Databank.

This is my edc but I wonder what yours may be.

Keys, wallet, watch, necklace, wedding ring and cell phone. That's the list.

Today I had this:

First day with the Mido so went with a mostly black carry.

Depends on day, travel plans, etc. Today's example would be bare minimum on person. CCW off body option. Daughter ran off with my Rite-in-the-Rain blue ink lil bit ago.

Seeing some common themes tho which is pretty cool! 🤙🏻🤘🏻

Kahr CW9?

Nice choice, one of the OG pocket rockets.

You know your weapons!!! Yeah it is a kahr cw9. It is my current conceal carry for the last 10 years or so. Before that it was my glock 19.

My Glock 30 is my backup gun but i rarely carry a backup gun. It is why it looks in mint condition. Bought it 25 years or so ago. Gen 2.5 iirc.

Yea, I've carried both. Transitioned to p365 and p320 since for the foreseeable future that was gonna be the the issued sidearm and CCW option and wanted to get a jump on trigger time.

Those Kahr's are smooth.

·

Yeah those kahr have long smooth trigger for better or for worse. Not fast trigger for sure. Won't win any time run.

I wanted a p320 in my military handgun collection but the accidental discharge really really turned me off. I will get it sooner or later just to add to my military weapons collection.

I'm waiting the actual story on the accidental discharge. I've put about 10k rounds through my p320. And I'm up to 6k on my m18. Not had any issues. Nor any close calls. Just my .02.

Some of the Airborne guys I know have easily past that and no issues across the entire battalion that they are aware of.

All I'm saying is wait for the final verdict. I've helped investigate an ND deployed and once the dust settled, all the facts were out and then storyboard done, boiled down finger off trigger and make sure your holster is inspected, cleaned and good to go.

There's an awful lot of ppl that don't like change. Same peeps who 20 yrs ago where pushing for Glock over a 1911/92S, have turned into the old established crowd and take every chance to hate on the new platform. Just my .02.

Kershaw Leek, Glock 42, and mala beads. I am a man of contradictions.

Left a watch out because I wear a different one every day. 😂

I'd also be curious about holster, cuz screw Blackhawk!'s SERPA for encouraging lazy finger indexing.

Back on topic, sorry OP.

Off body in diaper sling bag, fanny pack or on body. Big fan of Alias and Ulticlip.

See post below with watch of the day....😜🫠

G-Shock GW-M5600, Sony Bluetooth wireless earbuds (but with a wire, don't know the model) and my multitool. Everyday.

Yes I know its a lot of stuff but all packs neatly into regular 5 pocket jeans(leatherman on belt) and gets used daily, I also carry a retro handheld or a pack of cards most days. Not pictured is my jewellery which all has sentimental value and never comes off. Watch and pen change daily.

·
  1. A watch, usually a Casio due to numbers

  2. A knife, fave is spyderco insistent. I broke the clip and since its a budget friendly knife I'd rather just get a new knife soon. Of course I also have a ton of knives.

  3. A Gerber dime. Light duty sure, but so good. I also tend to carry a multitool in my bag. I also have a flashlight in my bag. But I also carry more stuff.

  4. Backpack. Every day one has a bunch of stuff. 1 for going grocery shopping as I like to go on foot. The backpack issue whole other subject.

  5. Pens. Ideally 2. I don't like carrying super nice pens, but I got a few that make normal people go "wow." And mine are on the more budget side! Also a whole other thing.

  6. Notebook. I have multiple ones of these going on at the same time.

  7. Wallet by Recycled Firefighter, highly recommended.
