Nice Sinn! It took me a long time to really connect with my 556i, and I came close to selling it a few times. But it has now earned a solid place in the rotation.
I have the 556A with the white seconds hand. I LOVE the minimalist looks and the placement/orientation of the date. Its very accurate too. Its been a favorite since I acquired it. I have mine on a Sail cloth strap.
It seems so sterile like a Swiss railroad clock. but that’s it’s charm. Don’t get me wrong. It’s a keeper. Just didn’t wow me out of the box. I think it’s look better without crown guards but that’s a small gripe.

I think the simplicity is the charm...maybe throw it on a rubber strap?
I've nearly pulled the trigger multiple times on that piece. I'm always drawn to it. Just simple. What more do we need..........aside from a few more pieces! 🤓 Enjoy my watch friend!
After a few days with the watch. I quite like it overall BUT 1) I wish the edges were chamfered a bit. As it it lends to its stark utilitaria look but the edges are slightly sharp 2) the AR is amazing but I’m nervous about front surgace AR getting scratched. thede First 2 are not a big deal at all but 3) the clasp is atrocious. Worst I’ve had in a bracelet. part of the clasp is milled and other parts stamped. It’s so hard to open, it’s super frustrating. My nails are gonna get lifted off the pad from trying to pry it open.
Pathological watch fanatic. Casio F91W to Panda Daytona to Seiko Pogue chrono to UG Polerouter to Ming to H Moser and everything in between. Amateur watchmaker (more like watch breaker). Avid collecto...

What don't you like about it?
Now, I like that! Nothing flashy, pure Teutonic-ness…

It’s certainly very legible

It has a Tudor Ranger vibe, and I like it a lot!
I love this Sin but at the same time I hate this date window.
I haven't experienced this watch, I have seen it only in pictures and I was thinking of getting it but the date window looks odd to me.
Does it look weird to you at all?
Anyway enjoy your new watch!!!

Date window is the smallest I have ever seen. It is not obtrusive at all.
I don’t think I’d wear it with a suit but it is definitely versatile. I always buy my pieces with bracelets then get straps a park carte.
Wish they would expand the 556 line to have the white hands on the blue variant . Great looking watch for sure.
