I prefer the smiley dial too. I have the blue smiley dial, but would have seriously considered the silver version if I’d known it existed. Also, I prefer the old ETA movement over it the new proprietary (more expensive to service) movement.

I had no idea that the Tudor Black Bay 36 was offered with a silver dial. You are very articulate and chose a beautiful watch that will last you a lifetime and more.
Being directly responsible for the deaths of 35,000,000 to 45,000,000 through starvation and murder is a bit different than just being an asshole in the eyes of some people. Designated as “historically significant” for being beyond evil by any definition of the word and causing untold amounts of suffering puts one, in my mind, on the list of those people who shouldn’t be celebrated in any way. Just one person’s opinion, but I stand by it.
