IWC has a more interesting portfolio imho. But go with your heart.
I say the IWC. I think it looks just a bit better over all and is a bit more versatile.

BB58 is more versatile and is a great daily. IWC is a bit more special and will stand out more. Depends what you want.

Both are great pieces you can wear day in day out. I’m not a huge IWC fan but the green dial is really cool.

BB58 is very versitile.
If you have a few watches already, definitely the IWC. Looks amazing and I think is nice to have some color in the collection. The BB is a great watch (especially if you are a 1-3 watch person), but if you have a few it probably looks like something you already have.
Go with your gut feeling, not some random internet opinions. Personally I’d pick a green over yet another black dial.
