I just read somewhere ( don't know where) that the 1987 version has a different bezel material. I just don't know what material. I asked CWC. Will update here, when they respond.
I found a watch that checks all the boxes (Rado diastar). Only the bracelet was a no-go as it had no micro adjustments. But luckily that something one can change.
Well, I just recently bought a diastar. So I am biased. If you are into gold watches, check out the skeleton gold diastar. I went with the silver, but I am not into gold at all.
Why you need a gada watch? You have a perfect 3 watch collection. And none of your watches scream attention. The only thing that could see is a funky watch. Funky in terms of color, shape, complications... But perhaps that is just me. Buy what you want and like.
