A new revision, a dream

Hi all,

I think everyone knows this one revision for a watch. A revision that would change a watch into your dream watch. If only the manufacturer would change x and also y an not forget about z. Then the watch would be perfect.

Do you have a certain watch that is your dream, if only these minor changes?

(Ofc we all know that this will never ever happen)

For me it is the Tudor pelagos 39. The size is perfect. But I really dislike titanium. I have a titanium watch and the light weight is not for me. Just go with stainless steal and ceramic bezel. Moreover, I do not need a diver extension. I would rather have a smaller clasp, that is not as big as the whole watch. Also the 42 mm is way more 3 dimensional with the set-in indices. The 39 should have that as well. At last, a light blue or white dial... Black is fine for me but I have enough black watches.

I would definitely pull the trigger, if Tudor would release such a revision.

(Sidenote, you perhaps recognized that the Hommage of San Martin sn0121 almost fits here. Yes, it does and I own it. But I would rather have an original...)

If Omega would revise the price on the Aqua Terra and make it affordable it would be perfect 🤣

Grand Seiko seasons collection with a smaller, and thinner case, and a better bracelet. They should just follow their case sizes in the 60s-70s tbh.

Agree on the Pelegos. I'd add loose the date complications on all divers. And get rid of the skeleton hands & dot & dash markers on the Seamaster Professional and give it sword hands & 2254 lume plots . Perfect 👌🏻😉

The Microgramma typeface used for the numerals on the Rolex Explorer I.

THE 1960’s/1970’s SciFi font has no place on such a timeless watch.

They hurt my soul.
