I refuse to talk you out of getting the Formex. One of my very favorite brands. Of those you listed I would definitely go for the Formex.
If you really don't care about the mechanical aspect of a watch then quartz is probably the way to go, imo. A Longines VHP or similar would be a great way to get a beautiful watch with high accuracy quartz.
Beautiful watch. I have that movement in a SM and it keeps nearly perfect time. It does feel grittier than an NH35 when winding but that's not a problem for me with an automatic - just give it a shake!
