NWA! Been in search of a running tracker for my fitness needs, and this one satisfies!

Hands-on and received today on the Casio GBD-200UU-9 'Stormtrooper'.

Score for a good price less than $200 on TicTacArea in which I needed a reliable wrist device to track my running stats and this utility on my wrist which is truly exceptional.

Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or just trying to outrun that post-lunch food coma, this watch got you covered.

Been sweating and testing it with the GPS tracking which is fairly on point – it's like having a tiny personal trainer strapped to your wrist. Other than your top tier accuracy, it practically knows when you're thinking about skipping that last lap.

My pet peeve is that it's missing a heart rate monitor, and it could have been a solar. Serious hit-and-miss.

It's all about that holistic fitness tracking, tough solar and a heart rate monitor would have been the cherry on top of this tech sundae or like having a sports car without the cupholders – functional but missing that extra oomph.

Regardless, the GBD-200 is still a serious contender. Considered a semi-smartwatch, I still recommend the coolness of this G-Shock design paired with these running features make it a must-have for anyone serious about their healthy lifestyle and fitness journey. Probably my way of saying ‘Forget the Apple Watch’.😁

For now, i'm going to lace up those sneakers, sync up that GPS, and let the GBD-200 be my running buddy in style.

Yes, I'm aware of this model on the line, but it costs more, and i’m not comfortable that it requires charging like your typical smartwatch within 2–3 days of usage.

Just my opinion, they should have pushed further and focused on the tough solar watch, forgetting about the charging feature.

Thank you for noting and frankly, I'm just not keen on this model approach and its features.

Nice one! Looks great. I opted for the same color way!

Yeah, the white one s great. On behalf of the h5600 my 2 cents; i m also dislike the fact that the shroud is only clipped on the case instead of fixed with screws. And the new rangeman someone would ask...well, this new design (and the pricetag to be honest) is not for me
