I think the brand has so many cool watches, but they are to expensive. The new Luna Rosa’s are like $12k. Love the weird look, the history, but they are price gouging. I bought the model that I think is most historic, not necessarily the most popular.

Most likely you got to find second hand market if you’re interested. Most PANERAI watches from what I’ve heard weren’t produced and sold in large quantity, which makes sense. They are quite a hefty change and is a more acquired taste compared to brands like Omega, Rolex, IWC etc.

I agree that their prices are quite steep especially the California dial but my goodness that thing is beautiful. I have a base luminor myself and I love that thing. I've been eyeing the base logo radiomir and it's definitely in the top 3 of my wanted luxury pieces
