New Baltic Tricompax added to the collection! (Order Cancelled 😡)
Last week Blake @buettner posted a review of the #baltic Tricompax, since I’ve been after a chronograph for a while I investigated a bit and I fell in love with the design and watch especially since it’s a 39.5mm! At that moment I decided I wanted to buy the watch, luckily I’ve managed to be one of the 300 fortunate owners of the Tricomax!
Now I just need to wait until the end of September to receive it!

Has this ever happened to anyone? With the watch paid to get the order cancelled, it just amazes me that it let me pay and then out of the blue they canceled l the order!

That really sucks. Hope you get the issue resolved, and end up with the watch. I had considered trying to get one, but figured I don't really need another chrono with a pedestrian movement simply because it's an interesting design by a hyped brand. Quite truthfully, the two stopwatches that were included were the main reason for my interest - I thought it made a cool package.
Yeah - that's a nasty experience. Although much like @tempus I think you might have dodged a bullet. I like Baltic a lot but with this piece I think they're pushing their price point too high. Unlike @tempus however, it was the stopwatches that put me off most - nice gimmick and fun nik naks for sure but how much of that price was going on that. My suspicion is that the watch itself will soon be released as a standard part of their line up (maybe with different colours) and it was the package with the stop watches (which I didn't really want) that was the "limited edition" part.
In general the whole "drop" frenzy can cloud our judgement and the resulting timepiece tends to not live up the the excitement. Ask me how I know.....

I love the design, but yes it's the two matching stopwatches that caused me to be up early this morning and ready to execute.
I think I'm going to get one because I think I was successful. This posting has me worried now that somehow there will be cancellations. Fortunately, no cancellation yet.
I really wanted one but the drop was 4am for me. I had my brother try but he was too slow. I'm curious to see the price when the first one goes up for sale on the forums. 📈
Crap sorry to hear that. Any explanation on why they cancelled your order? I think this watch looks killer but I'm going for the panda version.
