I bought the silver arrow a year ago but if I was buying it today I'd get the anniversary one, I have no regrets tho, the silver arrow is a gorgeous piece.
I'd go Silver Arrow, more timeless, and less obvious "retro". Vintage is in right now, but it won't always be "in". The Silver Arrow more seamlessly has cool retro, without pretending to be a pocket watch.
No bad choice. I’ve only recently become aware of the 190th and it’s stunning. But side by side on your original post, it’s still the Silver Arrow I’m drawn to. I get a great 50s USA vibe from it.

Partial to this one as the engraved numerals are just incredible
Yeah, those numerals and the blued hands are 🔥
Silver dial with blued hand accent is the way to go
Go with the 190th. This Watch speaks pure and utter Class No Apologies. Longines nailed this execution.

It’s all about the numbers on the Anniversary baby.
Silver Arrow just speaks to me
The anniversary is🔥
I have a soft spot for blue hands on a white dial
💯 190th for me
190th anniversary is better looking in my opinion!
