I Finally Saw Doxa!
Doxa via Topper Jewelers was at Worn & Wound San Francisco. I was able to finally see all that bright Orange. Anyone in the Bay Area are interested in Doxa, go to Topper Jewelers. They have the account. Hopefully I will set my hands on the 1500T in Orange!

I too saw Doxa for the first time in the metal at windup this year, after 17 years in the hobby!

They call it the cushion case while Seiko calls it the turtle. I think the physical features are close enough to the king turtle but heavier and nicer quality. The beads of rice bracelets and different colored dials was nice to see. I definitely feel more comfortable about them now. How about you? What peaked your interest?
#doxa has a great history, this is one brand I plan on looking in to 👌

Joining in on the Doxa party, here is a shot of my Sub 200!! Most would say this isn’t in the design language of a Doxa watch but it very closely resembles the Doxa Eberhard-Case Sharkhunter, which is one of the earliest Doxa models. So yeah, in a way the sub 200 can be called as a reissue of the doxa 11804-4 Eberhard-Case Sharkhunter
Really love the Carribean Beta I think it’s a beautiful piece - seems to get unfairly dogged, would love to see in metal
The wavy blue dial on that Sub 300 Caribbean is so reminiscent of the Omega Seamaster diver 300m. Gorgeous watch.
My fave of the 3 would have to be the Sharkhunter - that's lovely!

I love that Caribbean style. I also have it in my collection. I need a strap for it though. And my girlfriend stole it from me. So she uses it. LoL
