They really are pushing this too far. I hope it will at least be something cool this time. Maybe a rainbow seconds hand made from unicorn poop harvested on the summer solstice?
I wanted it despite all the reasons why I am aware I was getting robbed for my money. But now there over playing there hand. If your out there trying to collect every single variation you are committed to a life time project lol. At the end of the day if people are still buying them then hats off I guess. Anyway
I think something being missed here is that Swatch is still selling all of the MoonSwatches they make... As much as a few people (who likely thought it was stupid from the start) like to complain online, Swatch is still making a killing off of these.
It looks like the next Mission to Moonshine Gold won't be restricted to only a couple of stores, so I expect they will sell well again.

TBH the MoonSwatch concept is really good (marketing/sales-wise). But now, it seems like they're just milking the hell out of it, hoping to get the most amount of $$$ until people wise up and don't buy it anymore.
I feel like people just don't get the MoonSwatch. It's the whimsical Speedmaster. The fun and silly one. I got the floral pattern moonshine gold. I like that kind of etched hand a bit more than the printed colors, but this is more in line with the "whimsical Speedy" angle. It's silly, it's fun, get one, get none, get them all, whatever. I got a few I like, and that's that for me. To me, it's just another Swatch. A bit difficult to get your hands on and some nice swappable band options, but other than that, it's a Swatch that looks like a colorful Omega, and I think that's neat.

Apparently- everyone in line at the 5th Ave store will get one. I wish I was more interested.

I was really hoping for a deer theme for the Buck Moon. What a letdown :-/

Oh wow! It's another watch that I absolutely don't need and don't want.
Three more releases and I'm getting this one:
