Thank you. I lost my job due to the economic downturn. Was working as a senior construction project manager - with a education in civil engineering. Developed housing for the last 8 years, but the market took a huge hit and is collapsing, so I had to go. My motivation comes from loving to build things, create things. Also now I need something to do all day long while searching for a new job. So this is mainly for fun, and to have something to do :)

I worked out the Pac one and think I have the discrete but can you show which one is which?

Throw that Retrosport on a jubilee or an orange rubber strap. 😍 a blue/orange nato would look awesome too. I would rock that.

Retrosport dial in Vintern case for me.😉

The Vintern case is obviously best. I'd prefer a non-black dial even though I like the arrow cardinal indices.

I really like them all. I would buy A. Pac Pointer, but I love C. Discuette even though there would be a learning curve on reading it. It's a wonderfully playful and original design. From a marketing stand point however, I think that B. the Retrosport and D. the Vintern would probably play better with the general public. I could be full of it too, since Mr. Jones makes some very interesting watches and has found an audience. Whatever you go with, they are really great designs.

B or C for me. Others are a bit conservative for my taste. 👍

The Discuette is bold and interesting, it would just take a while to learn how to read it. If I was choosing for myself it would be the Retrosport. Different enough as not to be jarring, yet familiar enough to be comfortable.

I think you should go back to the drawing board. For me personally, these designs look too tacky and not really thought out. Bland yet busy, copying many aspects of other watch brands, whilst not adding anything on your own by trying to add pointless looks and features. Plus, some dial features just don't feel right e.g. the dials kinda look like a smartwatch. I think its worth it to design more classic designs whilst still adding some of your design DNA (without the quirky and pointless features [simply makes the watches look odd and something you would find on ali express]). However, this is my own opinion so take this with a grain of salt.

Thank you jeffery for taking your time giving me your honest opinion. Its amazing to get such feedback, and I am very Thankful for that. I actually plan to go back to the drawing desk. But I want to do it with more knowledge of Where I should put my energy and focus. I call it working smart. First you research what people want then you make it. Now I know what you want, and that is fine. In order to maintain low costs (as a beginner) one must use existing parts and molds, this is limiting my designs to become all unique. It is absolutely possible to do, but it is very expensive to produce only custom made parts. Therefore I take inspiration from others and try to make it my own. However the design of these dials are not copys. I made them from scratch. With a very basic software.
