I really like dressy/dressier watches and vintage/smaller proportions sportier watches are fine but nothing over 40mm please

I'd say go and check out Nodus. I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for. Sporty dressy watches under 40mm.

Or Lorier for vintage inspired.
