I am owning this Timex Q reissue since June 2020, wearing it from time to time. I love the overall design, the case shape with this kinda integrated bracelet is very appealing to me. The pepsi-style alu bezel looks also quite nice. The clear white dial with the off-white lume plots is building a nice contrast, the day-date function is doing nothing for me, but other will adore it. In total it is a really nice package for a quite high price (you pay more the hype than the quality).
What annoys me (and I was aware of this before), is the pinching hair thing… this good-looking bracelet performs a Brazilian waxing of your wrist. It is a real pain on my wrist. I recognized that wearing it very tight reduces the motion of the watch on your wrist, which leads to less pinching, but it never stops! ;)

nice watch sir, very funky
The hair pulling makes it period correct.
If you think thats bad try one of the old scissor style bracelets from the 50'/60's.
Lovely watch, but I concur the bracelet is horrible. @foghorn is right about those accordion/scissor-style bracelets; those are even worse.
Spot on! I always thought Casio had horrible hair-pulling bracelets, but the Q Series bracelets are actual torture devices and should be banned under the Geneva Convention! 🤣

I remember those! The Epilady of watch bands, although the Q Series bracelets are in close competition for best torture device!
Nice watch, There is a lot of others colors for the Timex Q reissue. here's my favorite :

right! And there are everyday more colors :)
I bought mine after the first color wave release. The original is pepsi-bezel with blue dial. But I loved more the white dial in contrast to the bezel and not a dial which matches the half bezel. This is what I also don't like at the Batman or the white gold Pepsi with the blue dial.
Get a free dipilatory with every purchase! All seriousness aside, does anyone else simply shave their wrist?
Bought one and flipped it for that very reason. Brought back memories of watches from the 70s and the bare areas they left on my father's wrist.
OUCH
I really wanted to get this watch but this bracelet is a deal-breaker for me..
