Seiko Silverwave 6306-806A Complete
After many months and multiple orders from CousinsUK. I finally found the perfect case gasket to hold the bezel in. What a royal pain i’m my a$$ this was and what great lengths I’ll go in order to avoid using a donor . Fully serviced, new old stock seiko crystal and running nicely.

I feel that relying on donors is in a certain sense antithetical to the practice of restoration, but that’s my own ethos. Theres also a bit of stubborness in not facing the challenge 😅 Sounds right or what do you think?
About what I thought. If we all had a bit more of this attitude about all of our belongings, we'd all be a bit better off, I think.
