Hello Guys,
So after I was banned from customizing watches by a major watch company I decided to start my own standalone company and create a series of watches from scratch.
I will try to share the development process as much as possible, and hopefully, you'll find it interesting.
These are some preliminary sketches of a crown (sorry for the bad photography quality), I have a few basic ideas for case design and will share them in the next few days.

Did you work for this brand? Or were you moving your own watch's ? If so how can they stop you from do so?
Please explain a little bit more.

Essentially, I never had an official job or affiliation with the watch company. Instead, I would buy their watches and modify, the company sent me a legal notice informing me to stop this practice because they hold the exclusive rights to the shape design of the watch.

Wow! I'm surprised in the current climate that they didn't offer you a job! Surely someone who can fix and design would help with the supply problems.
I will follow your project. it could be interesting.

I’m pretty sure they have their own reasons
Great looking crowns!
I think the two versions that have the screw pattern would be quite slippery. Or better said, once you slip you will be "guided" away from the crown.
Well, can you share a few pics of your customs? They sound neat!

You are probably correct, will do several more tries.

I shared a video on here a while back about a Rolex that Artisans de Geneve customised for a client. They can do it because once bought the watch belongs to the client, and so long as they do not try to claim that it is anything other than a Rolex that has been privately modified.
