Same happened to me and ended up selling it. I guess it’s sth wrong with the dimensions. Sth doesn’t add up.

Hmm...if you re sure you re won t missing it, go on and sell it. Make room for another one you like more.

Personally the PRX design didn t speak to me at al. Can t say what it is. Somehow it looks cheap. The case- design, press in caseback, the integrated bracelet. I know full well that it s not cheap at all, materials nor qualitywise. But...yeah, not my cup of coffee

·

Had mine about a year before we parted company.

The bracelet made the watch wear too big and I thought that the Tissot leather strap was very poor quality.

·

Sounds like the style isn't for you... That doesn't mean it's a bad watch, just that it's not for you.

·

Having different watches that you didn't always use is fine, imo. But if you think you won't miss it out all that much, you can sell it.

·

I have mine from a year now, no chance to sell this one any time soon 🫠

Nice combo with rubber

I gave mine away, rarely wore it. I liked the watch I had for about a year. I decided to give it away when I started looking at the cost of repairs on all my watches. The repair cost that I calculated for the PRX is basically just buying a new PRX because of the plastic components in the watch.

I have a 35mm quartz version, and it has carved out a niche. It's the watch I put on when I don't feel like a watch, if that makes any sense. It's light, goes with almost anything, and I don't need to set it.

I'm the same, had mine about 2 years I think, almost never wear it anymore. The only reason I haven't sold mine is that I'm too lazy to list it!

This is my experience as well. I had a watchmaker explain to me that when it breaks it's usually cheaper to replace the entire watch than replace or repair the movement and that was a wake up call.

·

I think if it’s not being worn you should sell it, especially if there’s nothing sentimental about it.

·

Unless there is emotional attachment maybe sell it and see how you feel?

Or better yet give it some forced wrist time and see if you end up coming round with it

Exactly, so I gave it away and made room for the Citizen Tsuyosa and the Calibre 8210 movement inside is actually repairable.

The PRX is a plain product of the 70's and Tissot should have left it there. The only ones that get away from that at scale are the really expensive Genta models. The Gentleman is a far better looking model.

I think the marketplace doesn't agree. The PRX came in hot and sold hotter. Is it for everyone? No. But it's sold massively well and that says that leaving it in the past isn't the best of ideas.

Do you think CW would have come out with the Twelve if the PRX hadn't made the splash it did? I don't think so....

I've noticed I take mine out on sunny days and my Seiko's on any day 😎

The hype on all channels made so many people buy this watch. But nobody really cared about the odd dimensions. For me the 40mm & the case shape was too big. I bought one used. Never used it and sold it. I am happy with my Certina DS7 now.

Looks like a banger

Agreed with some comments about the gentleman being superior and less out there but there is no 35/36mm model so PRX 35 I had it one year and love seeing it in the box 📦 no situation seemed right to wear it so I decided to get a white rubber strap to match the white quartz dial but after that I just gave up and sold it 🥲 now I have a seastar and couldn’t be happier 🤌🏻🤌🏻

I find integrated bracelets make the case extra top heavy and leaves the watch feeling stiff. I'd sell it and move on. Sell it while going is still hot.
