My Father‘s collection and storage
As long as I can remember, my father was collecting watches what indirectly brought me into this hobby, too.
A few years ago, when he was looking for a good way to store his extensive collection I had an idea: we had this old broken clock at home so I stripped it down, threw away the broken insides, put some glass boards inside and built him this watch-in-a-clock storage system. It looks amazing and is a great way of storing and displaying at the same time 😊

I use traditional boxes but also A4 paper storage cabinets. They work well for me.

I also use watch strap holders for smaller watches.

Of course I will. It's been in progress for a couple of years but I also moved house twice. Cracking on with it now and hopefully will be done soon

They are all straps and no bracelets so they can be removed one at a time
