Yeah their customer service is awesome. My bracelet came with extra fat spring bars and end links that accommodate them. Larry said he also has a SPB237 and worked on fitting for his. It's great that he is a Seiko enthusiast and it shows in his products and customer service.
Wow, thank you so much for all this information. I've been to Ginza area many time, but never thought of checking out Nakano area. I'll certainly check the area this summer.
I know it sucks. When it happened to me, I went to Walmart and bought this for $20. This stays in my office for an emergency watchlessness.
