Lorier customer service? Legit!

I ordered an Lorier Neptune about a month ago. What I received was a beautiful watch that was inconsistently finished.

I messaged the team at Lorier and they quickly setup a means to return the watch. I sent the watch back and within about a week I received a replacement.

What a difference.

Nothing is perfect, but the finishing is miles better than before.

Lorier absolutely did the right thing. I could not have lived with a beautiful watch like this with such glaring inconsistencies.

I am a VERY happy camper! Shout out Team Lorier!

This is why I'm waiting for the Falcon SIII to re-stock, instead of buying secondhand, which I've had a couple opportunities to do.

My falcon is sort of like this also. I’ve had my watch for a couple of months and assumed all had this problem based on others I’ve seen online. I wonder if it’s actually the end links that is the problem because it is affecting opposite lugs. Not sure if I should I contact Lorier?

If it's a mechanical issue I'd contact them. For me it was the finishing, and I immediately sent it back. I didn't even unwrap the bracelet.

I ended up emailing them. I feel like it’s probably a bad batch of end links.

I remember the original post, very cool update and glad to see Lorenzo and Lauren maintaining their sky high customer service!

I'm sure you can ask them to purchase some end links from also. That's the benefit with microbrands, your message can end up on the desk of the owners.

Customer service as it should be. Happy for you, the new one looks much better. Every manufacturer on every price level has QC issues but what counts the most is how they solve them.

Nice feedback about them. I'll be sure to examine finish this weekend at Intersect if tempted to buy one. 😎

A good customer service is always a plus in my book, it can heavily affect my decision whether to be a return customer or not
