That's badass.
Not only is it badass they set it up, but that it's not their testing centre alone, it's open to everyone.
That's basically a "let's see what you got" shot across the bow of Rolex and the other high-end watchmakers.
As a physicist, I LOVE the idea of this level of laboratory precision testing.
