I would wait for them to move the power reserve to the back on their next snow ice mountain release. IMHO what really need a power reserve indicator are manual wound watches, and indicator of some sort on the back of SGBW series would be nice.
When I first saw GS divers, I couldn't quite figure out why they looked so horrible. And then I realized that they were using cathedral hands! On a diver!

Had to have it!!!
Aren’t the Mercedes hands on a submariner just a variation of cathedral hands?

With you on that. Was about to say the one without the power reserve fluffing up the symmetry.
Allow me to push you over the proverbial (sharp) edge 😉
I tried on the Winter at the AD today and it is so beautiful. The watch is really light and I understand how people could think it feels cheap but does not bother me at all. Need that watch

Exactly my concern. Feels like a cheap quartz but then you turn it over and are greeted with the beautiful Spring Drive movement. Fun Fact - the stripes on the rotor line up perfectly with that of the base plate when you hold the watch straight so the 3 & 9 o'clock plane is level with the ground 🤓👍🏼

None of the above!

I went for the "Spring", but there are no wrong answers here.
I'm actually very tempted by the light dial GMT that Omeganut posted also.

I really like that diver. It’s like a middle finger to the Submariner (not that there’s anything wrong with the sub)

I love the bottom three. Not so much the first one. Not a fan of the shape of those hands.
@KevinK & @jbird7986, you two are gonna have to duke it out. @KevinK loves it, and @jbird7986 hates it!

@Omeganut First of all, I’m a Duke (University) graduate, so for anything involving the phrase “Duke it out”, I win by default. Second:

Yeah, you're right! But, there is something just... uncanny looking about the SBGA463. It's like these two:
Pretty close, right?
In both cases, I prefer the latter to the former!

Those were the exact 3 I mulled over and ended up going more subtle with the SBGA415 "Stormcloud" 👍🏼
Winter dial for the win.
@IanCognito @AngryArchitect27 these shots are stunning. I was told not to covet my neighbours’ oxen but damn
