Very nice, don’t have a 25 but I have a 48 and 57. You’re not going to find a better deal for the money out there imo.

This is what keeps me from bothering deciding if this short of a lug to lug will feel too small on my wrist. Even if I decide I want it, it's going to be annoying to get.

I can’t get past the genuinely unpleasant and rude owner of Timefactors to ever feel any warmth towards their watches, for me this hobbie is about class, and when I buy a piece, even at reasonably cheap price, I expect to be treated with respect, but he’s repugnant on every level.

This is not a real Smiths - and why are we still fawning over a watch that homages the Rolex that lost the race to the top to the actual Smiths A409?

I have the 36 gilt and the 40mm

This will annoy you- I discovered Smiths, spent a a few hours Saturday pm reading up on the brand. Sunday am- decided to have a look at the timefactors site- decided to get the 36 Everest gilt dial, got wife approval, clicked buy and bought it. Only later did I learn that I had randomly beat the bots and the myriad of other customers. Dumb luck is best luck. Since then I have yelled at the monitor just like the rest of yall. Bought the 40mm off watchuseek.

It baffles me that they don't just do pre-orders and deliver FOB. It works so well for many other brands and doesn't leave their fans pissed off. My assumption is the forced scarcity and lotto style purchase creates demand. What it does is limit sales and squander brand equity.
