Ok stupid question guys…

With ADs, I walk in and register myself for the watch I am interested in. I have received calls once they get them. The only caveat is you have to be sure about the watch and should buy it if really interested. Especially the high demand ones.. if you turn them down.. chances of getting a call gain is smaller.. having said that, I have had no luck with Rolex..

My AD has the new Tudor releases on the day of the release. So does yours. The only difference is that they sold theirs to their first “best” customer that asked.

Yeah I already purchased a new watch from this current new AD I’m working with and did put my name down for the new Tudor but I did mention to them I want to see and feel the watch so I told them to give me call once they have it

I usually get a call/text within a week. In some cases same day as the drop, especially for Tudor.

I’m hoping they’ll have some next week I’m excited about the new slimmer case for the heritage 41 mm kinda miss my burgundy bezel that I traded but now it’s lost some weight and it’s sexy again like me!! 😂

I have the burgundy and as much as I’d love to swap it for the thinner one, it is kind of sentimental.

I'm in a texting relationship with my AD. And on Monday morning when the announcements came out from W&W, I texted her right way to register my interest in some of the new models. But as to when they'll actually get it in store, even she didn't have a sense of timing. But thankfully, at least she was fully aware of all the announcements and was able to add me to the list. I've interacted with ADs in the past that didn't even know trade shows were happening and weren't aware of the announcements.

My usual AD keeps me informed and texts me all the time in terms What they carry. I’m starting with a new Tudor AD and so far they’re decent and added me again to their call list as soon as they get them in inventory

Just got the new Tudor Black Bay with the red bezel, I’ll post a picture on Wednesday as I am out of town and cannot pick it up till then.

I think it depends on both the brand and the watch, as well as to some extent the AD and their list of 'preferred' buyers.

After W&W last year I had to wait about four months before my Tudor BB Pro arrived, but when the Tag Aquaracer Solargraph was released a month or so ago I was able to walk in and buy it day of release, and it seemed every AD had one in the window.

On the complete other end of the scale I still yet to see a green Omega Seamaster or Speedy 57 in any AD anywhere, and whenever I ask I get the usual "we don't know when we are getting them in", which I take to be code for 'we don't know you so you can't have one'. Either that or they give a date of arrival but when you go back the mysteriously still aren't there.

P.S. There's no such thing as a stupid question, only a stupid answer!

Thank you sir! I sure hope the new AD is nice to me so far they have been. I wasn’t expecting my pelagos 39 for months and a week later they called me back! I was pleasantly surprised!

And yeah that green SMP 300 that’s like a myth at the moment lol

My AD pushed the Pelagos 39 quite hard when it was released, but I wasn't sure if I liked it enough. How are you liking it?

Love it! The lightness of the titanium and the case is just so darn comfortable!! I have been wearing the watch for a FULL Week and I dont wear a watch for more than a day!! So I love it… the simplicity of it and comfort is just such a wearable watch and very unassuming and almost GADA watch! I say almost cuz I haven’t tried it with a dress shirt or a suit but aside from that I know I hate to say this… I’ll be happy if it’s my only watch.. 🤫😲… dont let my other watches hear ya 😜😂

Glad to hear you are enjoying it! I had a similar experience when I got the Aquaracer Solargraph, also in titanium. Couldn't believe how light it is and ended up wearing it for two weeks straight. I might have to reconsider the Pelagos 39 now...

Oh man the new AD had the aqua racer Solar titanium!! Good thing I didn’t try it on hahaha!! Now I only want titanium watches!! My Seiko that I ordered is titanium also can’t wait for that too…

I asked the ADs in London and they also had no idea.

Hit Boutique at Airport today. They just sold BB54 10' ago and ran out. While askin about next batch they told me 6 months 😂

Afterwards hit my AD in the city and he said 3-4 weeks but then depends on priority/waitlist 🙃

Went to another AD where they had not for sale pcs and said they hope to get them soon (no eta)

Cool thanks but I think that’s the older case with the older movement. I had the same one before. The newer version has a thinner case and the second hands have a lollipop hands and the writing would say “Master Chronometer”
