As someone who put his Apple Watch 5 in a drawer in favor of mechanical watches, I will say the functionality is sorely missed. The Apple Watch finds wrist time every evening after work when I exercise, but that’s it. Is it worth owning for just exercise? that’s up to you. I find myself constantly missing the notifications, navigation, music volume, track selection etc. it’ll never make it to work with me, nor an event with coworkers or friends, but I love it for my own personal use case. I’m sure I’m not the only one!
The strap is unbelievably bad for such a beautiful watch. would have to replace that immediately! Couldn’t find a ton of the glycine branded rubber straps online however
