Uncle Seiko President band broke when removing pins
So I purchased the president bracelet from uncle seiko for my alpinist and couldn’t have been more excited to toss it on and get it sized. Upon trying to remove the first pin, the entire link came undone (you can see the piece with two bars coming out of it) rendering the bracelet unable to be united again. Im super disappointed and wonder how their customer service will handle this.
Anyone ever had this happen before?

If the joined parts that‘re never supposed to be separated become separated- I’m not putting that back on the bracelet attached to my watch 😂
