What is your travel watch go to?

I do a lot of traveling for work and I don’t really have a specific watch I travel with. I have recently traveled with some of my cheaper watches as the world is a crazy place in the past couple of years.

Right now, it's between my Marathon Navigator, and my Jack Mason Strat-o-timer. Both watches do the same thing is slightly different ways, and both have very different looks.

The Marathon is a quartz watch with tritium lume, and a 12 hrs bezel for tracking a second timezone.

The Jack Mason is a traveller's GMT(independent hour hand), that looks nice, but not too flashy.

My CasiOak. I don't have to worry about it and it has world time. Went swimming & snorkeling in the Ocean and hiking thru forests with it.

My U2 is my go to travel watch.

Not sure if I have just one but my last 2 trips had the Nodus Sector Field as one of my companions.

It's a toss up but I love wearing my Oceanus because it works no matter my outfit lol

All depends what I’m doing on my travels.

It typically will be a combination of a dress and sports watch. If it’s vacation, to relax, it will be a dive watch.

I travel with my 3 watch roll. I usually bring my Rolex Sub, Cartier Santos, and the Breitling Endurance Pro.

  1. The Sub is my airplane companion as I usually wear it on the plane. I’ll also wear it with certain outfits on my trip.

  2. I wear the Cartier for other outfits where the black Sub may not look as good.

  3. Breitling - I wear this to the pool and other athletic activities.

Wearing these two in vacation this week.

Not a big traveler in a while. If I did, would probably choose this:

Houston & LA timezones are used a bit.

I Like to use my gshock for travel. No worries from damage and theft because it is durable and replaceable. Then i just hunt for a souvenir watch to take home 😁

I am traveling in Czech Republic with a Russian watch. I will let you know if that was a good idea 🤞

I really enjoyed rocking the much-hated digital PRX on my last trip. Super convenient, simple, and, at least to me, nice. Nice enough to pretend to be fancy but disposable enough to not worry about losing or breaking it.

I took my Seiko Safarnie when I recently went to Hawaii. It just seemed a logical choice as it had duel time, could survive in the ocean, strap instead of bracelet so wrist size in different environment wasn't an issue, and not valuable enough to worry about being mugged.

My travel companion as of late is the stratotimer from Jack Mason. It's my only watch with the independent hour hand control

·

My Casios - "Royal" and DW-290

I travel quite often for work as well...usually grab the Casio Royale. Super quick time changes, very inexpensive, and ultra reliable. I've upgraded mine with a steel case and sapphire crystal. If gone for weeks then I might look at something else

I travelled quite a bit this year and usually grabbed my Undone Killy. I like it as a travel watch as I'm not overly worried about damage, loss or theft. It travels well, is a bit sporty and dressed up pretty well too. I've had it for two years in November and really like it. Have not had any issues whatsoever with it.

Seiko Presage Style 60. Blue dial.

Seiko Cocktail Time.

I wouldn’t shed too many tears if one was liberated from me on a business trip, but happy to own them.

I almost always have my Zulu Time with me, if not on me. And because I love a GMT, i'll throw a couple more in the watch roll. Farer Lander, Chris Ward world timer, and my Longines master collection also has a retrograde gmt function.
