I turned 50 las month and was looking for a May 1973 birthday watch.
I looked here and there with no luck, and after i had given up the mrs @Sorsha found this little gem in Canada, looked in good condition & a nice leather aftermarket strap.
However I passed on it as we had just got back from vacation and between us we had spent over 10k on watches for me as part of my birthday gifts from her & me to me.
a few weeks later I had a f*uk it moment (mostly due to my friend Jim Beam) and went back to buy it. But it had gone 😭
Anyhooo, today it turned up because a certain lovely lady had ordered it for me .......she's a keeper 😍
