How do you call this Seiko?
I've seen alot of fellows trying to find a name for this amazing versatile Seiko.
From the better known "baby alpinist" to the "little explorer"
I can't think of a better name then the Seiko kameleon!
The way it changes depending on the lights always mesmerize me!
Have you given it a name?
I'm curious to know!
I'll just get this one out for a cross country ski trip now!

Don't have it and don't like arabic numerals - but dark green and gold details are fine...
It look like "Robin Hoods dream" or a "Woodmans Watch"
I think the "Baby Alpinist" name will gain traction. It is a very smart looking watch, the kind that you can wear in almost any situation and it never goes out of style.

It's that beautiful textured fume dial in the Baby Alpinist which just plays beautifully with the light plus Seiko put a domed crystal on this model compared to the flat crystal on the bigger Alpinist making the light reflection on the dial even more mesmerizing.

I'm waiting for a few natos and some leather bands in the mail now. This watch will certainly look amazing on a brown leather strap!
